Every Saturday & Sunday - CAR MART

The Car Mart is the #1 place in Sonoma County to sell or buy a private vehicle and has been a part of Santa Rosa's local community since 1984. Conveniently located adjacent to the Sonoma County Fairgrounds on the east side of Brookwood Avenue in Santa Rosa, no appointment necessary; the non-consignment lot is open Saturdays & Sundays except major holidays and select Fairgrounds events. 7 Days a week (Closed: Easter, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day)

Our attended donation center allows the community to donate gently used clothing, small houshold items & electronic waste in a safe & secure location.

Higher Vision Presents announces a one-day "Community Activation and Awareness Gathering" at the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds on Saturday - June 9th. Featured musical acts include reggae legend and world-superstar Burning Spear, 2012 Grammy Award winning North African band Tinariwen, internationally known sound wizard and dub producer Gaudi, jazz-funk favorites The Motet, Sufi Qawwali masters Fanna-Fi-Allah, and more attractions to be announced. The National Heirloom Expo has incredible interest amoung home growers, chefs, farmers, school groups and the national media - so much that it is shaping up to be the "World's Fair" of the heirloom and local food movements! This is a not-for-profit event, and any funds generated (above event costs) will be donated to special projects.
