The Car Mart is the #1 place in Sonoma County to sell or buy a private vehicle and has been a part of Santa Rosa's local community since 1984. Conveniently located adjacent to the Sonoma County Fairgrounds on the east side of Brookwood Avenue in Santa Rosa, no appointment is necessary; the non consignment lot is open Fridays - Saturdays - Sundays all year except major holidays and select Fairgrounds events. July 4 - FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS
Come enjoy a good old-fashioned community 4th of July celebration! We'll have food for sale and fun kids activities. Enjoy music by Wonderbread 5, Pat Jordan Band and High Speed Wobble. We'll all sing the national anthem right before the fireworks go off. Any proceeds will benefit local kids in need. Please note: For safety reasons tailgate parties in the parking lot will not be permitted. Ample picnic space will be available inside the gates.
Hours: Gates open 4 p.m., fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

July 28 - August 9 - SONOMA COUNTY FAIR
The Fair Before Time
Dinosaurs have taken over the Sonoma County Fairgrounds! They're in the Hall of Flowers, which has become a Jurassic jungle, and all over the grounds. We'll have 10 days of Wine Country Horse Racing, concerts by Joey and Rory, Nat and Alex Wolff, Jason Michael Carroll, the Village People, a truly spectacular Blues Festival plus performances by dozens of top Bay Area bands. Arena events include our new Bull Riding competition, the new Tractor Pull, two different rodeos, and two nights of Destruction Derby. A Fun Afternoon & Evening of Fine Wine & Horses
Join us for one of Wine Country's most graceful traditions, featuring accomplished equestrians and fine wines from throughout Sonoma County. The event includes an afternoon Trade Fair with horse-related items from 3 - 7 p.m., Wine Tasting 4 - 6 p.m., and Dressage Performance at 7 p.m.
