DRIVERS & CARS WANTED! $10,000 TOTAL PURSE
This uniquely American form of entertainment is classic fun for the entire family. Young and old alike join in the screaming and howling for their favorite drivers who are competing for the winning portion of a $5,000 nightly purse. Make sure you get in early for the best seats for this fast-moving action! If you'd like to compete, see information below.
Drivers go metal to metal during the events and those that do the most damage advance to the main events. On Saturday and Sunday, the derby car winners of each day receive the following payoff; main event first place $3,000.00, second $725.00, third $350.00, fourth $200.00, all receive trophies. Winners of the heats receive $150 for first place and $75 for second. The best appearing car takes home $50.
Each night in addition to the money, the first, second, third and fourth in the main event, first place in heats, the best appearing car all receive trophies. A “Championship Overall Driver” trophy will be presented to the driver who has accumulated the most points per day.
Think you've got what it takes to compete?
The destruction derby is open to anyone 16 years and older. Entry is open to any two wheel drive cars. No pick-up trucks, commercial vehicles, pickup trucks, vans, four wheel drives, foreign type cars, t-tops, limos, hearses or convertibles allowed. Glass must be removed, doors and trunks can be welded solid or chained, and other rules for drivers and pit crews observed.

Monster Trucks
Check out the super-size crowd-pleasing action on Sunday, August 5 as the Monster Truck Show and RV Derby return to the Chris Beck Arena! Check out father and son team of Rick and Erick Swanson as they crush cars and perform monster-sized stunts in their monster trucks. Erick is the youngest professional monster truck driver in the nation! You’ll also see three RVs battle it out to the last one running during the RV Derby. Time TBA.
