Applications are accepted until booth space are sold out. If you have already been accepted as a vendor, please scroll down to find the special forms you need.
Due to the popularity of the Sonoma County Fair, available vendor space is limited.
There are vendor spaces in Grace Pavilion as well as throughout the grounds (outdoor booths require providing your own shelter).
We welcome companies with a successful track record who have ample staff and resources to conduct business for the 17 days at the Fair.
To take advantage of our large, affluent audience, please download the form at the top of this page and submit it with photos of your booth as directed in the instructions by May 29.

SHARE YOUR SERVICES ON SENIOR DAY
Organizations (both non-profit and for-profit) are invited to participate in this year's Sonoma County Fair Senior Day program by staffing an information table in Shade Park on Thursday, August 2 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Only organizations providing services to seniors are eligible for this program.
The fee for non-profit agencies wishing to have an information table is $30. For-profits will pay $255. Each participating group will receive two Fair admission passes, one daily parking pass and the use of one 8-foot table (and four chairs). The Park area is filled with trees, and we will do our best to make sure everyone is in the shade.
