Become a vendor at the 2017 Sonoma County Fair!

The Fair is always looking to offer new products to our fairgoers. If you have a product or service you'd like to bring to the Fair, please submit an application for consideration.

Permit Information

Food and beverage concessionaires, and vendors who are sampling or giving away food and drink are required to obtain a permit from Sonoma County's Environmental Health and Safety Division. Applications must be received 30 days prior to the event.

2017 Senior Day Information Table

Organizations (both non-profit & for-profit) are invited to participate in this year's Sonoma County Fair Senior Day Program by staffing an information table in Shade Park on Friday, August 11 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Participants may not make sales during this event. Only organizations providing services to seniors are eligible for this program. The Senior Day program will include contests and entertainment, starring the Classic Sisters and an appearance by the New Horizons Brass Quintet.

The Sonoma County Fair reserves the right to refuse to accept any company or organization not providing a service specifically to seniors, or that provides a service already provided by a commercial vendor at the 2017 Fair.

The fee is $50 for non-profit organizations. For-profits pay $275. You now have the option of paying online, but you must submit an entry form. CLICK HERE to make your payment. Make a note on the entry form that you have paid online.

Application forms and entry fees are due at the fairgrounds on July 17. Instructions and Fair passes will be mailed to you by July 21. Senior Day Program is on August 11.

2017 Green Fest Information Table

Organizations (both non-profit & for-profit) are invited to participate in this year's Sonoma County Fair Green Fest by staffing an information table on Monday, August 7 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Shade Park. This event is a part of the 2017 Sonoma County Fair celebration of Earth Day. Participants may not make sales during this event. Only groups promoting environmental values and companies producing Earth friendly and green certified home & garden products are eligible.

The Sonoma County Fair reserves the right to refuse to accept any company or organization that does not fulfill these requirements, or that provides a service already provided by a commercial vendor at the 2017 Fair. (Sorry, no solar panel vendors/installers.)

The fee is $50 for non-profit organizations. For-profits pay $275. Each group will receive two Fair admission passes, one daily parking pass and the use of one 8-foot table and 2-4 chairs. If needed, you may purchase two additional general admissions (good only on August 7) for only $13 -- a $13 savings! You have the option of paying online, but you must submit an entry form. 2017 Marketing Opportunity

Donate merchandise and/or gift certificates to be used as prizes at the 2017 Sonoma County Fair. All donors will be recognized publicly at the time each prize is awarded. The Fair will provide cards which winners can redeem at your booth.

There are vendor spaces in Grace Pavilion as well as throughout the grounds (outdoor booths require providing your own shelter).
