Harvest Fair Order Form
A $7 shipping & handling fee will be added to shirt and poster orders for orders of 3 or fewer items. Additional shipping will be required for orders of 4 or more shirts and/or posters.
Please also note: In order to ensure accurate service, Awards Night Gala tickets purchased on-line, via fax or by mail after 1 p.m. September 22 will not be mailed. They will be kept at the Will Call window in front of Grace Pavilion under the name on the order.
Harvest Fair tickets, Friday All-Inclusive tickets, and Art Reception tickets purchased on-line, via fax or by mail after 1 p.m. September 28 will not be mailed. They will be kept at the Will Call window in front of Grace Pavilion under the name on the order.
