Cooking with Laurie

Join Laurie Figone in the Demonstration Kitchen, located in the Kraft Building, as she shares her tried and true recipes and introduces you to local growers/producers. Laurie began experimenting in the kitchen with family when she was very young. She became famous in Sonoma County for her delicious raviolis and soon had a collection of national and international winning recipes.

Laurie has had the honor of competing on TNT’s ‘On the Menu’ with Emeril Lagasse and Ty Pennington. She also won the Dessert category at the World Food Championships. She has been featured on NBC’s Today Show, for the World’s Best Burger and has become a regular on KTVU Fox2. Come on down and cook with Laurie all 15 days of the Fair!
