By accessing the website at http://www.sonomacountyfair.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. 2. Use License
a) Permission is granted to download the informational materials on Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds' website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
i. modify or copy the materials;
ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
iii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds's website;

b) This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Sonoma County Fair & Exposition, Inc. (d.b.a. Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds; hereinafter the ďFairĒ) at any time.

The Fair makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
b) Further, the Fair does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall the Fair or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Fairís website, even if the Fair or an authorized representative of the Fair has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The Fair attempts to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on its website; however, the Fair does not warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on the website, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a service or otherwise, the Fair reserves the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Only valid credit cards or other payment method acceptable to the Fair may be used and all refunds will be credited to the same card or, in the Fairís discretion, other method. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or method and authorize the Fair to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any other amounts described on the website) to that card or other method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
7. Returns and Exchanges
All purchases made through the Fairís website are non-refundable.
The Fair has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of the site by the Fair. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
The Fair may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
