The Fair is always looking to offer new products to our fairgoers. If you have a product or service you'd like to bring to the Fair, please apply for consideration.

Vendors are selected based on space availability, product balance & uniqueness, and a professional, attractive display.

PERMIT INFORMATION

Food and beverage concessionaires and vendors who are sampling or giving away food and drink are required to obtain a permit from Sonoma County's Environmental Health and Safety Division. Applications must be received 30 days before the event.

Please review and adhere to the Sonoma County Fair Megan's Law Requirements. Please submit your verified list to the Vendor Department by Friday, July 5, 2024.

There are vendor spaces in Grace Pavilion as well as throughout the grounds (outdoor booths require providing your own shelter).
